Production Operator

Production Operators, Coatbridge, �15.12 per hour inclusive of Shift Allowance

We're looking for motivated individuals from all backgrounds to join our Production Team in Coatbridge. If you're looking for a hands-on role with opportunities to grow and develop, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What you'll be doing:

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your tasks will include:

• Assembling parts and components in line with Standard Operating Procedures
• Carrying out quality checks at various stages of process to ensure high standards maintained
• Logging production data to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement efforts
• Use of measuring equipment to weigh, measure and examine all parts and products
• Ensuring a safe, tidy and clean working environment maintained
• Adhering to relevant health and safety regulations when operating machinery and handling products
• Working to operational procedures and within production timelines
• Working as part of a team to drive continuous improvement across production processes
• General manufacturing tasks as directed

What you can expect:

• Full time hours with a competitive pay rate of �15.12 per hour
• Opportunity to work regular overtime at great rates
• A rotational shift pattern working Early Shift & Back Shift
• An early finish / shorter shift on a Friday
