Production Operator

Thrive Group are recruiting for a Production Operator on a temporary to permanent basis (after 12 weeks), with a view to start immediately.

This position is located in Swindon.

This is a full-time position working 07:30-17:30, Monday-Wednesday and 07:30-17:00, Thursday, paying �12.50 per hour.

Responsibilities of the role includes;

• Working within a clean room environment 50% of the time, using a Die Bond Machine. (Training provided so no experience needed with this machinery).
• Working with microscopes the other 50% of the time.
• Some manual activity using pick and place machines.
• Delicate product handling.

The successful candidate will;

• Have previous experience within fine manufacturing.
• Will have previous experience withing working under a Microscope.
• Will have great attention to detail and hand steadiness.
