Yolk Recruitment is supporting the opportunity for a Production Planner (CNC Machining) to join a leading engineering company at the forefront of precision manufacturing. If you have experience in a machine shop environment, production supervision, planning, and customer communication I would love to hear from you!

In this role you will play a key role in overseeing production processes, managing customer interactions, and ensuring efficient production planning.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and scheduling production for a team of CNC Machinists.
• Estimating production times and managing workflow to meet deadlines.
• Acting as the main point of contact for key clients, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships.
• Overseeing and leading a small team, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and reduce lead times.
• Ensuring quality standards and technical specifications are met.
• Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
