Description
- Participate in daily production activities and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to solve manufacturing and supply chain issues.
- Continuously improve operations through routine analysis, identifying areas of potential efficiency gains.
- Monitor and replenish stock
- Create and update daily transport logs
- Book and process deliveries
- Manage finished goods inventory and conduct month end counts
- Organise and coordinate production
Profile
A successful Production Team Member should have:
- An degree in a related field.
- Knowledge and experience in the Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of production and supply chain processes.
- Previous experience working closely with health and safety procedures.
