Production/Planning Manager

Avenue Recruitment are seeking an experienced Production/Planning Manager for a well established client based in Fife.
The Production/Planning Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of customer products .
The Role

• Ensure products are produced efficiently and on-time, to the required quality standards and at the required cost.
• Involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.
• Dealing with all employees within the organisation, particularly those working in production related activities.

The Candidate

• Previous production management and customer service experience, working in an industrial environment.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills with both customers and management is essential for the role.
• Show initiative and some level of creativity with regard to how the business can operate more efficiently and safely.
• Assist with the maintenance of the company's ISO 9001 certification and help reinforce the company's health & safety procedures.
