Salary: £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per year (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and working cross-functionally to drive efficiency? We are seeking a dedicated Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of production.
Key Responsibilities of a Production Scheduler:

- Production Planning: Determine production requirements based on plant and labour capacity, as well as product specifications.
- Scheduling: Convert production forecasts into fully resourced manufacturing schedules and provide a rolling 4-week plan for works orders.
- Updates & Communication: Ensure timely distribution of any amendments to the schedule to relevant departments and provide clear updates.
- Collaboration: Liaise with Finance, Production teams (Operations, Engineering), and Procurement to determine the most efficient scheduling methods.
- ERP Management: Raise work orders, maintain and update the ERP system, ensuring all information is accurate.
- Procurement Coordination: Work closely with the Procurement Department to establish material lead times and address potential delays in material dispatch.
- Meetings & Reporting: Conduct regular meetings to track schedules, identify opportunities for efficiencies, and ensure customer service and product availability.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and communicate any concerns or delays that could impact production or customer service. Team Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships across departments, providing quick and accurate information in response to queries.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with the Manufacturing Planning Manager to capture variances, offer feedback, and improve processes.
