Production Shift Manager

The Production Shift Manager will be responsible for people management and driving continuous improvement through lean manufacturing practices. There are three potential shifts available - Mornings (6am - 2.30pm), Afternoons (1.30pm - 10pm), and Nights (9.30pm - 6am).

• Overseeing the daily operations of the production line

• Ensuring timely completion of production targets
• Reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant department

• Experience in a team leader role in the industrial or manufacturing sector
