About you?

- Previous experience within a Food Manufacturing / FMCG environment at shift management level�(2-5 years)�

- Demonstrated experience in leading teams, improving team culture and being regimented with key KPIs�

- HSE being at the forefront of all works!�

- Adaptable, intuitive and team orienatated�
