Are you a Production Supervisor or similar from a manufacturing background, looking to join an industry leading business within food manufacturing that will provide technical training on food standards, machinery as well as management, whilst being the trusted employee caring for a team of 8 operators?

In this role you will be part of the management team, demonstrating your skills of people management as well as implementing your knowledge of food hygiene regulations. You will oversee any staff queries including team care, rotors, holidays as well as product weight and quality checks.

This role will suit a Production Supervisor from a manufacturing background, looking to take the next step in their career by joining a leading manufacturer and supervising a team of 8 brilliant operators, in a varied role where you will gain insight in all aspects of the business.

The Role

• Machine & team care
• Product checks & holding meetings
• Making on-floor decisions regarding production
• Training on food standards
• Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10.30pm

The Person

• Production Manager or similar
• Manufacturing background
