Production Supervisor

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a training and rubber bullet manufacturing company, based in Mildenhall, who are looking to add a Production Supervisor to their 24/7 Production site at the moment, with immediate starts available.

The role is working on a rotating days/nights shifts, 12 hours, 42.5 hours per week

Leading a team in the assembly department, with the aim overtime of increasing production by 50%.

You must be a good people manager, have experience in an assembly environment and be able to lead teams in an FMCG environment.

Paying from �35,000 - �45,000 depending on skills, and only working 45% of the year overall (Days off + holiday)
