Production Supervisor

Our client, based in Washington, is looking for a Production Supervisor to manage a small production workshop.�

Reporting to the Production Manager and/or Operations Director, responsibilities�will include:

• Supervising a team of 5 individuals based within the workshop


• Driving results - keeping to schedules and targets�


• Meetings with the customer on a weekly basis to discuss�schedules


• Inventory management� - managing the stock control within the ERP system�


• Speaking to suppliers / chasing parts�


• Able to write work instructions and follow quality plan


• Reading technical/engineering drawings�

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience�within a manufacturing background�


• Able to read technical drawings�


• Must be computer literate�


• Able to support�and drive results


• Excellent communication skills (confident�speaking to customers)�

The role is day shift alternating weeks - 06.00am - 2.00pm and 08.00am-4.00pm Monday to Friday.�
