Overview

We are seeking a Food Production Supervisor to join our team. The Food Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing a production team, monitoring productivity, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production team and oversee the day-to-day running of the shift
• Communicate any problems or obstacles to Senior Management
• Monitor productivity rate, standards, and quality control
• Achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards
• Train and develop production operatives
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Day-to-Day

• Supervising production activities and ensuring smooth operations
• Training and developing production operatives
• Monitoring productivity and quality standards
