Salary: Exp: Up to £40,000 + Bonus + Progression Opportunities

We are very open to someone who is coming from a fitter/engineer/team lead/assembly technician type of position looking to progress into a production supervisor role.  

We are looking for a “hands on” production supervisor with knowledge of pumps, valves and seals assembly.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee manufacturing and production processes.
• Manage stock control procedures.
• Develop and execute production schedules.
• Collaborate with the Admin team on parts deliveries and product requirements.
• Ensure compliance with factory procedures.
• Communicate production challenges to senior management.
• Monitor productivity, standards, and quality control.
• Train and coach factory staff.
• Enforce health and safety protocols.
• Uphold company values.

Requirements:

• Time served fitter/mechanical engineer/assembly technician/
• Experience leading small teams (4+ individuals).
• Strong leadership skills in daily production/assembly processes of pumps and filters.
• Excellent communication abilities to mentor and develop team members.
• Drive efficiencies while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Track record of implementing change initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Minimum 5 years' manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Control practices.
