Hours: Monday - Friday with alternative Saturdays
Lloyd Recruitment Service is partnering with a leading company in Forest Row to find an experienced Production Supervisor (heavy machinery) for their production team. This key position offers a dedicated professional the opportunity to significantly impact the day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage processing machinery, including saws, planers, and moulders
Oversee and manage the production schedule to ensure timely order fulfilment
Perform basic maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation
Select stock for orders to be processed
Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and procedures are strictly followed
Requirements:
Recent, relevant experience in operating machinery is essential
Forklift operation experience is preferred
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
