The Role: Production Supervisor at Our Premier Facility We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Supervisor to lead our production team at one of our Asphalt plant in Greenwich. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and efficiency, while maintaining our dedication to health and safety and environmental best practices.
Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production team to meet and exceed manufacturing targets.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, while reducing costs and environmental impact.
Managing workforce scheduling, including shift patterns and allocation of tasks, to optimize production outputs.
Collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment is in excellent condition, minimising downtime.

Who We Are Looking For: Experienced production supervisors with a proven track record in manufacturing or a related field.
Be knowledgeable in the asphalt production process in order diagnose and remedy plantfaults, defects and breakdowns; and be able to report information to both depot and areasmanagers

Leaders who can inspire and motivate a team, driving performance and efficiency.
Effective communicators, capable of fostering strong team and cross-departmental relationships.
Problem-solvers with a keen eye for continuous improvement and innovation.
