As we expand, we are looking for a committed Production Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Role Overview: �

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that our products are consistently made to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will manage the production team, ensuring that operations run smoothly, targets are met, and all processes are in line with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the production team to meet daily production targets efficiently.

- Ensure all products meet company quality standards and adhere to food safety regulations.

- Manage and optimize the production schedule to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

- Monitor the production process and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and safely.

- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, quality control, and inventory levels.

- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.

- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a food production environment, ideally in bakery, dairy, or related sectors.

- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control processes.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet production deadlines.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Knowledge of production machinery and equipment maintenance is a plus.
