Our client has a varied product range including many rare and sought after trees, shrubs and climbers.
This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis.
Candidate duties will include:
Lead and motivate a talented team of production workers
Ensure that all production processes are carried out effectively and efficiently, meeting quality standards and production targets
Coordinate with other departments such as planning, planting and distribution
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies
