Production Supervisor

Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for one of our clients based in Swadlincote. As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring production and team performance.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor team performance

Carry out 6 monthly team appraisals, support team members with development plans

Carry out daily/weekly team briefings to update on events, targets, safety alerts, Quality alerts/issues and any other key information

Report back regularly through the line management

Promote health & safety in the workplace

Production Supervisor Details:

Location: Swadlincote

Salary: �30,000 - �40,000 PA

Schedule: Day shift

Production Supervisor Requirements:

Prior experience working within a Production Supervisor role

Must be PC Literate

Effective communication and motivation skills
