Your Role
As a key part of our team, you will provide high-quality, hands-on support to our global trading teams, which operate in the major EMEA and US markets. Your responsibilities will include:
Offering timely, high-touch user support for resolving system issues that may impact front-office trading flows.
Collaborating with internal and external teams to manage the trading infrastructure, ensuring smooth resolution of issues.
Supporting trading platforms across both Windows and Linux environments, including manual trading applications, algorithmic platforms, exchange/FIX connectivity, and risk systems.
Ensuring that all trading components are fully operational before the start of each trading day, while also overseeing the release management process to maintain production stability.
Maintaining and supporting static databases and related processes.
Developing tools to enhance the monitoring of our trading environment.
Being available for evening/weekend support (typically through remote access).

Your Skillset
To excel in this role, you should bring:
2+ years of experience with Bash, Command DOS, PowerShell, or Python scripting (essential).
At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen analytical mindset.
A proactive attitude with a focus on ownership and resolution of issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in Windows desktop and server administration.
Strong Linux OS experience.
Proficiency with relational databases, particularly SQL Server and Postgres.
The ability to manage expectations of front-office traders and senior management (desirable).
Knowledge of Equities, Futures, Commodities, and FX asset classes (advantageous).
Familiarity with market data feeds, execution feeds, and algorithmic trading (advantageous).
