Production Team Leader

Production Team Leader - Surrey - up to �50,000 + Benefits - Ref 1660

I am currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to work for a leading manufacturing organisation based in Surrey. Salary up to �50,000.

�40,000 pa - �50,000 Inc shift allowance + benefits.

Shift work - Monday to Friday - Early & Lates

You will support the day-to-day management of production, the responsibilities include: Supporting the Production Manager in all aspects of safety, quality, cost, delivery and man management. You will also play a crucial role in overseeing people, procedures, and processes within the department, driving the team to meet and exceed business targets.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience working within a similar role (production/manufacturing)
• Ideally 5 years Team Leader or Supervisory experience
• Understanding of implementing & driving Continuous Improvement
• Proactive/Self motivated
• Experience in managing/leading a team
