Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes is currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader in Yatton.

The Company:

A rapidly expanding company supplying bespoke products to a wide range of market sectors including construction, engineering, and manufacturing. They are looking to expand their team to meet production needs due to their growth.

The Role: You will be responsible for supervising a team of up to 6 operators. You will organise the team and deal with the quality of products produced, shift reports, stock control, and shift handovers. It is an exciting opportunity to join a new department to progress and grow alongside the department. �This is a hands-on team leader role so you will be involved in the production.

This is a 12-hour rotating shift pattern, week one you will work 12-hour shifts on Monday night, Tuesday night, and Wednesday night and then have four days off. The following week (week two) will be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 12-hour day shift followed by an 8-hour shift on Thursday followed by three days off. You will repeat the shift on Monday. You will always have a 3 day weekend off.
