Production Team Leader

Our client is recruiting for a dynamic and hands-on Production Team Leader to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in production supervision or ready to take the next step into a leadership position. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 5-10, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and a collaborative team environment.

Duties to Include:

• Supervise and motivate the production team


• Ensure production schedules are met


• Collaborate with Purchasing and Stores


• Continuous improvement activities


• Timesheets


• Supporting the set up and testing of machinery


• Provide clear communication to the leadership team

Experience/Skills Required:

• Experience in a production, precision engineering or bespoke manufacturing environment


• Experience of using ERP/MRP systems


• Hands on approach to the workplace


• Strong interpersonal skills and able to manage a team effectively

Hours of Work

Monday - Thursday - 07.45am - 4.15pm Friday - 7.45am - 12.45 pm
