Location: Harrogate

Salary: �28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7am-4pm; Friday, 7am-1pm

The Role of Production Team Leader

• Motivate the team to maintain high production levels while ensuring quality standards are met


• Ensure all manufactured products meet quality requirements


• Create work schedules for production staff


• Manage weekly and daily production plans


• Maintain stock levels of raw materials and finished goods within Production


• Develop strategies to improve efficiencies and reduce production costs without compromising quality


• Oversee recruitment and training of production staff


• Support the development of team members by providing training and updating the Production Operatives Skills Matrix accordingly


• You will be responsible for motivating the production team, ensuring productivity targets are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards.


• You will also oversee the accurate recording of daily production figures, stock levels, and monthly stock takes.
