Nights 11pm - 11am
The Production Technician is responsible for all technical and processing activities, including operating machinery, equipment maintenance, and fault finding.
Key Responsibilities
Covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling products, and handling pallet release duties.
Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbishing offline machinery.
Diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical faults.
Ensuring all manufacturing equipment is set up to meet production standards.
Monitoring in-process quality and resolving issues to prevent product holds.
Minimising downtime while staying within planned repair and spare costs.
About You
Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., C&G, HND) or completed a time-served apprenticeship.
Experience in a high-volume, highly automated manufacturing environment.
Skilled in maintenance and fault finding.
Excellent communication skills.
A team player with a passion for healthcare.
