What You'll Do as a Production Test Manager:

• Develop and implement electronic test strategies and procedures
• Lead and support the test team, managing performance and motivation
• Oversee test system design, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Define production test requirements and validate new electronic products
• Work with R&D, production, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues
• Monitor test performance and drive process improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Manage testing schedules, resources, and budgets

What You'll Need:

• Higher-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Experience in electronic testing, manufacturing, or R&D
• Knowledge of electronic test methodologies, tools, and equipment
• Familiarity with industry standards (ISO 9001, IPC)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Understanding of High Voltage test requirements is a plus
