You will be integral to our company’s most strategic, cross-functional programs and ensure the successful launch of major initiatives. You will have an active role in maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders on our sales, product, finance, legal, engineering, and other teams. If you don’t have the solution yourself, you know who to go to for further insights.  The Program Manager is a key role within Finance and Operations, working alongside a variety of departments on highly visible, complex, strategic initiatives and driving end-to-end, cross functional program management. You will help lead the top initiatives/programs for the company (e.g. internal transformations, new major products, new offerings, changes to current offerings). You will also be expected to report program progress to executives and stakeholders. You will be part of the enablement for any programs that you work on. You will help maintain documentation relating to programs, offer best practices, establish and track metrics, offer and/or organize trainings. ResponsibilitiesLeading and driving successful completion of programs that cross over various different departments/teamsProvide program management for our company’s top initiatives and help shape the program vision/strategy incorporating various perspectives across business unitsWork with stakeholders from every area of the business to evaluate and drive business decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced environmentManage multiple programs at a time, balancing the priorities of the business Communicate with executives and stakeholders on program status and timelines during implementationCreate a shared narrative, manage important milestones, track progress, and ensure the plan succeedsDevelop plans/processes that will be implemented by other teamsRequirementsA program manager with 5+ years of experienceA college degree, preferably with a degree in a business or quantitative field, MBA preferredExcited about MongoDB’s mission and core database technologyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBackground working on cross-functional teamsDemonstrated skills at building strong working relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels; has passion and convictions and the innate ability to inspire passion in othersDemonstrated comfort working closely with executives Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple programs/prioritiesDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing work environmentDemonstrable analytical skills using data to derive actionable insights and drive decisions in a business environmentTrained in working with program tracking software (e.g. JIRA, Monday, MS program)Experience working with Salesforce/Netsuite/CPQ (preferred)To drive the personal growth and business impact of our employees, we’re committed to developing a supportive and enriching culture for everyone. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:$99,000—$194,000 USD
