�500 - �600 per day + VAT

Hybrid role, 3 days per week in Manchester

I'm recruiting for a Interim Programme Communications Lead, to support an exciting client through a global transformation programme. Specifically, my client is looking for a seasoned interim with a demonstrable track record, working in a Lead comms role on a sizeable and ideally multi-country programme of work. This is a hybrid role based 3 days per week in Manchester with 2 days remote working, an Outside IR35 engagement and paying between �500 - �600 per day.

This is a highly visible role within the organisation and thus senior stakeholder engagement skills are imperative, as is a proactive and relationship-led approach. Experience required:

• Must have a demonstrable track record as a contractor delivering Comms Lead roles
• Highly articulate, personable and confident in nature
• Consultative approach to delivering a comms strategy and executing against this, someone who consults with the business and user groups to understand what is needed
• Collaborating with Business Change Managers in various countries to ensure all comms are executed on time and within scope
• Must be available to start in Feb 2025
• Must be commutable to Manchester to work 3 days per week on site
