Opportunity: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Programme Manager to lead a critical global initiative aimed at overhauling their finance ecosystem and Ecommerce platform. This is a high-profile role with significant impact on the company's future. You will be joining a programme in flight, will quickly review the roadmap, status, governance, and reporting capability and look to implement a more robust framework to make sure timelines are achievable and senior management are made aware of all critical issues. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of a new operating model across the organisation, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision of the CFO and COO.Oversee the migration of two separate shopping carts to a single BigCommerce platform.Manage a dedicated programme team comprised of product leads, developers, QAs, and business analysts.Drive effective change management across the organisation, fostering collaboration and buy-in from all stakeholders.Develop and implement a robust governance framework with clear KPIs and regular reporting through JIRA and Confluence.Partner with the business side to clearly define requirements, capabilities, and ensure successful user adoption.Working with large budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to timelines.Hit the ground running and provide strong leadership within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience: Proven experience leading complex, multi-million-dollar budgetsTrack record of joining programmes in flight through to successful delivery is preferred.Expertise in BigCommerce is essential and NetSuite ERP is preferred.Ability to provide visibility and transparency to the programme through data-driven clear and concise program metrics.A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and change management principles.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.The ability to oversee large teams and drive high performance.Experience working in a hybrid tech and finance environment.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a "get things done" attitude.Experience in the Education sector is highly desirable.
