Looking for a senior change agent that can help C suite stakeholders to deliver valued transformational change. You will be working across the organisation making sure they are Business Ready for a large strategic retendering process. A diverse role that captures Customer Engagement, Business Strategy, Research, Workforce strategy, Finance, IT Strategy but there be other workstreams identified moving forward. Any experience delivering in the Healthcare sector or NHS would be highly desirable. Performing all aspects of risk analysis, supplier / stakeholder relationship management, Value Streams, encompassing organisational design and large business change initiatives.

I am not looking for a technical programme Manager who manages large scale IT outcomes, more Business Change / Business Readiness! In an ideal world you would have managed a similar programme in the past.
Ideally have worked in fast paced environment and be used to shaping large business critical programmes of work.

This role is mainly remote but you will be expected on average to go into the West Midlands offices 1/ 2 day a week. This is an 12 month fixed term and ideally I am looking for people that are available immediately.
