Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Programme Manager to oversee and coordinate various engineering projects. The Programme Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of programmes.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering programmes.Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and resource allocations.Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to drive collaboration and alignment towards project goals.Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery.Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.Facilitate communication and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.Manage a small team of project engineers and coordinators.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and health & safety requirements.Requirements:Degree in engineering or relevant technical background.Proven experience in programme management, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or energy sectors.Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure, delivering results on time and within budget.Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams towards common objectives.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Knowledge of manufacturing processes is desirable.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
