Project Accountant
Core3 are delighted to partner with a leading light of the culinary industry to recruit a Project Accountant. £50,000-£55,000 + bonus and hybrid working

How you'll make an impact
This is a chance to work on a range of major projects that will ultimately drive advancement in sustainability and social impact. You'll collaborate closely with teams across the business; providing financial expertise and constructive challenge to optimise project outcomes, enhance performance and maximise business value.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Analyse project expenses and provide detailed commentary
Ensure compliance with financial terms in project contracts
Deliver timely and accurate financial insights to control costs, both incurred and forecasted
Contribute to rolling forecasts and budgets with a focus on cashflow accuracy and identifying opportunities and risks
Maximise tax savings and operational efficiency
Lead cost-benefit analyses for major projects, providing insights to support strategic decisions and resource allocation
Apply financial expertise to evaluate investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximising value
Ensure strong governance and compliance across all projects
Balance challenge with support, providing constructive feedback while fostering open communication, trust, and a shared commitment to achieving goals
Review and assess business case models to ensure project viability
Collaborate with project and risk teams to identify and implement strategies to minimise business and operational risks
Partner with local and executive teams
Lead the development of business cases
