Organised. Exceptional People Skills. Project /strong Administrators/Coordinators play a key role in the management of jobs and projects at every level at Echo House. Liaising directly with clients and interpreting briefs to a language that the studio and production teams can understand, Project Coordinators follow each and every job throughout the company ensuring our products and services are delivered on time and as required. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential ensuring effective co-ordination of high-quality work while under the pressures of time and budgets. /p p br /p p Echo is a high paced, and often highly pressured production house. In addition, with such a nuanced and bespoke business, on–the–job learning remains the single most effective way to learn what we do and how we do it. /li /ul p br /p p CORE KNOWLEDGE BASE /p ul li Experience within the world of retail visual merchandising is ideal. /li li A good working knowledge of the retail sector, particularly luxury beauty and luxury fragrance, is an advantage. /li li Knowledge of both the luxury print and fabrication industry is an advantage. /li li Knowledge of professional work within other creative sectors is an advantage. /li /ul p br /p p CORE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY /p ul li Supporting the Creative Project Manager and the Creative Director with daily and ongoing tasks. /li li These include but are not limited to ad hoc creative tasks, sourcing, sampling, project administration, internal team liaison, external supplier liaison, project planning, storage management and general overall scheduling. /li /ul p br /p p CLIENT LIAISON /p ul li To act as the primary link between Echo and our clients, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring Echo continues to be the go-to company for high quality products and service. /li li Receiving briefs from clients, and interpreting them in to orders to be quoted on our internal MIS system. /li li Regularly updating clients on their job status and fulfilling all clients’ needs and expectations. /li /ul p br /p p JOB MANAGEMENT /p ul li Inputting jobs on our MIS system /li li Translating orders into a brief for the studio, production, packing and installations teams /li li Coordination of spreadsheets for roll outs, including managing data breakdowns for each team and analysing data for quoting. /li li Liaising with our studio, manufacturing, dispatch and installation teams to ensure jobs and projects are on track and feedback to clients on their status. /li li Preparing installation briefs for bespoke jobs /li /ul p br /p p BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT /p ul li To liaise regularly with existing clients to identify new business opportunities. /li /ul p br /p p FINANCIAL AND COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT /p ul li Ensure all accounts are kept up to date, and invoiced accurately on time. /li /ul p br /p p TEAM WORK /p ul li Positive and constructive collaboration is key to everything we do at Echo. Maintaining regular, clear and positive communication with all teams and Directors is essential to ensuring jobs and projects are completed correctly. /li /ul p br /p p AD HOC /p ul li Echo is a dynamic, busy company with a close working team and as such we often require our employees to work on additional bespoke projects outside of their daily duties. This is also aimed to encourage and broaden individual skills and ambitions to be developed with the company. /li li To perform other reasonable tasks as required by the Directors or your department head. /li li Follow and promote to colleagues, visitors and the public all health and safety procedures and protocols. /li li Follow Echo’s sustainability policies and procedures.
