As a Project Administrator your primary function will be to provide professional and efficient administrative support in assisting the team to manage existing workload and manage the control and issue of design information. The successful candidate will have previously worked within an administration role and hold excellent organisational and communication skills and be self-motivated to work on own initiative, with project management skills.

About the role
Reporting to the Project Director, you will deliver full administration duties to the project team including minute taking, arranging meetings, maintaining records and files using Microsoft Office.
You will also process design information and maintain document control, tracking the discharge of Planning and Building regulations.

  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role ideally within a project environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • \n
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word
  • \n
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • \n
  • Self-motivated individual with high levels of energy
  • \n
  • An outgoing, positive thinker, with consistent levels of evident enthusiasm
  • \n
  • Articulate, flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure
  • \n
  • Housing sector experience desirable
