An international AJ100 Architecture firm based in the centre of London are recruiting for an Project Architect/ Senior Architect to join the team. This award winning firm renowned for delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions across various sectors. Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Architect with a strong background in commercial and life science projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional design skills, project management experience, and a deep understanding of the specific needs and regulations related to life science facilities.You will be expected in the office at least 3 days a week and have the option to work from home the remaing 2 days. 


Key Responsibilities:
·Leading the design and development of commercial and life science projects from inception to completion.
·Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and functional designs.
·Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations specific to life science environments.
·Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
·Conducting site visits, overseeing construction phases, and ensuring design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
·Mentoring junior architects and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.


Qualifications:
·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
·Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial and life science projects.
·Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
·Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations pertinent to life science facilities.
·Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
·Licensed ARB Architect preferred.
