Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Architect, you will:

• Lead and manage a talented team within the London office, overseeing all aspects of residential projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure project success.
• Utilise your extensive experience on multi-storey apartment developments in the UK to provide valuable insights and guidance.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect status with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven expertise in multi-storey residential projects within the UK market - essential.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD is highly desirable; Revit proficiency will also be considered.
• Strong job-running capabilities and a sound understanding of current UK legislation.
• Hand-drawing and sketching skills would be a significant advantage.
• A valid UK driving licence.
