Salary: £34,000- 41,000 dependent on experience

I am delighted to be recruiting for a thriving and highly reputable Architectural Design Practice who are dedicated to delivering sustainable, innovative and creative designs. This successful practice have a focus on interior design and work on a diverse range of projects in the residential and commercial sectors. With exciting growth plans they are seeking a skilled Project Architect to join their friendly team in Cambridge.
The successful Project Architect will have post qualification experience in the residential and commercial sectors across all RIBA stages, thorough knowledge of current building regulations and boast design flare.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
Substantial experience within the residential and commercial sectors
ARB registered
Demonstrable experience across all the RIBA stages
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Boast design flare and technical expertise
Excellent communication skills
Proven Job running experience
Comfortable liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Work well within a team
Creative, forward thinking and enthusiastic approach to designing
Keen to support the growth of the company
Live locally to Cambridge
