An RIBA-chartered practice in Hertford is seeking a talented Project Architect with a strong creative flair to join their dynamic team. Specialising in projects across the retail and residential sectors, the team offers comprehensive services from project inception to completion. The practice emphasises a collaborative approach, bringing client-focused designs to life with exceptional creativity and precision.

The successful Project Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 qualification and will have excellent design skills, alongside excellent technical abilities. You will be confident managing a small team and proficient using AutoCAD.

Responsibilities, Experience and Skills for the role of Project Architect:

• Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
• Confident liaising with clients and contractors
• Enjoy managing a small team
• Mentor junior team members
• Happy running projects from inception to completion
• Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Must be proficient using AutoCAD
• Must live within a commutable distance of Hertford
