Project Building Surveyor with CAD Skills

1st Select Ltd is partnering with a national consultancy based in Leeds City Centre and we are looking to recruit a Project Building Surveyor with CAD skills. We are seeking an individual capable of managing minor works projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage projects from inception through to completion, focusing on non-housing stock.

* Provide technical and advisory support to clients, stakeholders, and team members.

* Prepare specifications, drawings, and conduct risk assessments for improvement, refurbishment, and new construction projects.

* Prepare tender documents, manage contracts, and oversee project management, ensuring compliance and quality control.

* Conduct site surveys, including condition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, measured surveys, and planned maintenance assessments. Carry out defect analysis and prepare technical reports.

* Participate in conservation projects, including investigations into materials, repair processes, quality control, and innovative repair methods.

This is a great opportunity for an intermediate Building Surveyor looking to achieve chartered status.
