Job Title: Project Controller
Salary: �40,000 - �50,000
Location: North Yorkshire
Sector: Modular Building
Are you an experienced site/project manager with a background in delivering modular construction projects?
Would you enjoy an office based role, utilising all of your site management experience?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large National modular construction contractor who are delivering projects across a range of different sectors including; education, health care, retail & rail. The role of project controller will be key in ensuring a smooth design, production & install of these projects as you will be expected to liaise across all departments.
As a Project Controller you will:

• Take part in detailed handover meetings with sales teams
• Ensure that project costs and revenues are managed and recorded from start to finish
• Help site managers handover projects snag free
• Submit all relevant documentation including RAMS, lift plans & health and safety files
• Attend all internal and external meetings when required
• Liaise with clients on building specifications & any extra scope of works on each project

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

• Have a solid background in modular construction
• Possess strong communication skills across all levels
• Are willing to travel to sites when necessary
• Hold valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS tickets - CPCS Appointed Person would be advantageous
• Can demonstrate a strong understanding of IT Skills
