Project Coordinator/Executive Assistant - Contract Inside IR35 - London

Project Coordinator/Executive Assistant with experience across financial services is needed to provide administrative support and assistant to the Head of IT Operations and project delivery team in a rapidly growing organization in the city of London.

The role will be an integral part of the evolution of the team, focusing on improving their administration, internal communications and reporting.

We are looking for an organised, adaptable, and driven candidate who has a strong desire to add value to the company through effective administrative support, investigation & analysis and meaningful insights whilst building strong relationships through collaborative discussions and projects/tasks.

The role is ideal for a driven individual with an ambition to make a real impact and further develop their career in an innovative and entrepreneurial company.

This is an inside IR35 contract with a day rate of £275 - £300.

Responsibilities:

  • Confidently collaborating closely with key stakeholders across IT and the wider project management team to drive projects in a positive way, ensuring constant communication and alignment between teams
  • In charge of activities such as monitoring the costs, progress and quality of a project, invoicing and expense tracking, meeting coordination, travel bookings
  • To work with the project team to support them and establish strong working relationship with key stakeholders and ensure smooth communication across the business,
  • Constantly monitoring ongoing projects and relevant tasks to ensure objectives and goals are clearly captured and up to date, with constantly communicating that to stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure meeting minutes are captured and actions are effectively tracked
  • Help with managing both internal and external resources to ensure deliverables are on time

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within financial services organization or technology company
  • Professional and positive attitude with good customer-facing practices
  • Proven track record of senior stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels within the organisation
  • Proactive with a can-do attitude and ability to work independent, as well as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to details
  • Ability to cope under pressure and with changing priorities
