Duration: Either 6 or 12, will extendRate: Inside IR35We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support major banking projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in the banking sector or other highly regulated environments and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This role involves assisting with the coordination of complex projects, working closely with project managers, and ensuring that all project activities are efficiently executed and documented.Key Responsibilities:Project Support:Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.Track project progress and update project management software with key milestones and deliverables.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.Stakeholder Communication:Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.Respond to project-related inquiries and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.Prepare and distribute project-related communications and reports.Logistics and Coordination:Organize and coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing project calendars.Support the procurement of project resources and materials as needed.Assist in the coordination of project activities and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation.Assist in preparing regulatory and compliance reports as required.Office 365 Utilization:Utilize Office 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Planner to facilitate project coordination and collaboration.Ensure all project documentation is stored and organized within Office 365 platforms.Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to project managers and team members as needed.Assist in the preparation of project presentations and documentation for senior management review.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in the banking sector or other highly regulated environments.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Office 365 tools and project management software.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
