Due to continued growth, our client, a multinational engineering & manufacturing organisation, based in Belfast, have a requirement for program support administrator to work within the project management team. The role has a hybrid working option & is on a long term contract. Candidates should have 3+ years experience of: managing and action project milestones project coordination Administrate governance reports for Program Managers (MS Excel) Review supplier reports, identify need for commercial coverage and initiate PO requests. Maintain departmental registers to the highest level of data accuracy actively support onboarding of 3rd party workers from point of hire Interrogate internal systems and update governance packs for management review Candidates must have be familiar with budgets & budget management Project coordination strong interpersonal skills strong experience of Microsoft products - particularly Excel be able to work independently with minimal supervision 36 hour week 3 days on site 2 days remote Long term contract Skills: Project Manager Administrator Project Planning Programme Management
