About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager in effectively delivering projects, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring seamless communication across teams and contractors. With a focus on efficiency, profitability, and exemplary service, you'll manage project schedules, track progress, and communicate risks and opportunities. This is a varied role that requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager with daily operations and project delivery.
  • Design and control project schedules, ensuring accurate information flow to the team.
  • Coordinate and monitor activities across departments and with external contractors.
  • Order parts, manage lead times, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Track and communicate project risks, opportunities, and progress to the team.
  • Proactively identify ways to increase profitability and reduce expenses.
  • Attend internal and customer site meetings, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company database and provide administrative support.
  • Uphold high standards of customer care and align with our core values.

About You:
We're looking for someone with previous project coordination experience, strong time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. You'll be a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always ready to adapt to new challenges.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous project coordination experience, ideally in a technical or engineering setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and CAD tools.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
