They are seeking a Project Coordinator with a pre-construction and construction background to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the progress of project teams and helping them accomplish their tasks


• Communicating project objectives and status to project team members, including programme and commercial submissions


• Assist with allocating resources and scheduling project-related activities


• Coordinate and help to plan project management activities


• Ensuring that projects stay within allocated budgets


• Initiating enquiries and coordinate with suppliers


• Identifying bottlenecks in the project and plan resolutions


• Creating reports about projects and reporting to the senior management team


• Assist with training project teams and providing them with tools necessary to complete project activities


• Assisting the project manager with planning, scheduling and budgeting


• Presenting project plans and presenting project budgets to clients
