We have a Project Coordinator role available to support a growing company in Filey. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in project management and personnel coordination.
Some of the Project Coordinator responsibilities are:
\n- Support with writing and proofing project documentation, briefs, and reports.
\n- Assist the project team and cover absences.
\n- Maintain systems, certifications, and personnel files.
\n- Have weekly catch up calls to discuss progress.
\n- Arrange staffing, IT resources, and PPE for projects.
\n- Update CVs, maintain rotas, and prepare reports.
\n- Liaise with internal teams and assist with invoice checking, and booking travel and accommodation.
\n- Coordinate visas and permits for personnel.
\n- Support the Inspection Coordinator and provide cover when needed.
\n- Oversee daily inspection operations and scheduling.
\n- Arrange inspections, send quotes, and raise purchase orders.
\n- Liaise with new and existing clients.
\n- Proofread and upload inspection reports.
\n- Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.

To be successful in this role you must:
\n- Have at least 2 years in an administrative role
\n- Have strong IT skills being proficient in Excel and Word
\n- Have excellent communication, and the ability to think analytically
\n- Be able to plan and assess performance
\n
This will be working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm earning a salary between £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience.
