Salary: �26,520 - �33,660 (Dependent on Experience)

Role Summary:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our core services across a range of our projects. You will be the go-to person for planning, resourcing, and managing the day-to-day financial aspects of our projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project resources, logistics, and monitor project progress.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments between clients and our Ecologists.
  • Manage resource planning, including third-party suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Maintain project records using our project management software.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Support senior management in securing new work, especially for large and complex projects.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, taking decisive action when needed.

What You Bring:

  • Strong experience in project coordination within a support setting.
  • Knowledge of environmental or ecological principles is desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, including invoicing and resource planning.
  • Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • A degree or equivalent in a business or management-related subject is preferred.
