The day-to-day responsibilities include defining project requirements in collaboration with clients, leading the development of protective design strategies, and overseeing the completion of structural calculations. You'll also manage multiple projects to ensure high-quality deliverables, mentor a talented team, and contribute to strategic business decisions, all while working on projects that set the standard for safety and innovation.

This role would suit a Project Design Engineer or similar with a background in steel and concrete design looking to further their career with a market-leading consultancy who offer great bonus structures, private healthcare, hybrid working, and the opportunity to manage a team and contribute to pioneering projects in the industry.

• Define project requirements and deliver solutions.

• Develop design strategies and ensure compliance.

• Lead, mentor, and manage project delivery.
\n
• Perform structural and vehicle dynamics assessments.

The Person:

• Project Design Engineer, Structural Engineer, or similar background.
\n
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent experience.
\n
• Backgroun in concrete and steel design.
\n
• Willing to undergo SC Clearance.
\n
• Commutable to Runcorn.
\n
