This contractor has been operating for circa 170 years and specialises in Education, Commercial, Life Science, leisure and Engineering construction sectors.

About the role / candidate:

• A strong Project Director is required who has overseen large commercial, new build, RC Structure projects circa �160million from start to finish.
• Experience from a main contractor background on schemes of a similar value.
• Up & Coming, driven and motivated individual who wants to establish a hands on approach to their director position. Being a true leader and being able to drive the project forward.
