Project Engineer - Cheshire - Urgent

Responsibility:

• This role involves supporting the Project Manager in delivery of the time critical works to ensure that the relevant refinery infrastructure is relocated / prepared to enable transfer to the developers engaged in construction of the new facilities.
• The PE will be required to support the delivery of the project safely and to agreed quality, cost and schedule targets. The PE will be responsible for ensuring that activities identified as part of the Project Assurance Plan are carried out, and for communicating with key stakeholders whether internal or external.

The successful candidate will:

• Be responsible for supporting Safety, Quality, Cost and Schedule activities required on the Enabling Works project to ensure timely completion of all works.
• Be working within a team and will therefore need to show leadership qualities, both within the department and generally across site.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering work which is compliant with the requirements of the project. Support the PM in delivering the agreed execution strategies for engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, commissioning etc. with the relevant internal / external parties.
