Project Engineer (Body Electronics) | Luxury Automotive | Competitive Salary | Hybrid An opportunity has arisen for Project Engineer (Body Electronics) to join our clients Electronics Engineering team in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment. You will be reporting into the Principal Engineer – Body Electronics you will be required to support all critical program activities and engage with the architecture team and project management to define and agree the Vehicle Electronics for all vehicle platforms.As a Body Electronic Engineer you will be: Electronics architecture experience (harness, CAN/LIN protocols, ECUs, sensors) in an automotive environment.Body/Chassis and Software/Hardware experience for automotive applications.Experience of the Supplier Management process.Proven track-record of system/component design and delivery within automotive/aerospace/engineering.PC literate and at ease with MS Office productsSAP design tools (preferred)Knowledge of Modern Vehicle operating systems (preferred Body Electronics)Experience Test and integration of vehicle Electronics systems.Generation and approval of detailed specifications.Component standardisation.Experience gained in Automotive OEM or tier one supplier.Lab car and mule development and POC. activities. As a Body Electronics Engineer you will have:Promote cross functional team working and collaboration between departments to support delivery of challenging projects.Conscientious, with a proven eye for detail (quality, reliability and safety) with dedication to deliver best in class products.Excellent personal workload management and manpower planning.Excellent communication skills to enable cross-functional working, able to define the requirement and breakdown complex problems.
